Ordering from the Steffens Enterprises Factory Store

Steffens Enterprises Inc. is happy to offer our award winning products for sale through the Steffens Enterprises Factory Store.  All transactions are secure and protected using 256-bit (SSL) encryption technology, and is SET compliant.  All sales are final and are non-guaranteed.

Order Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing via Fax or Email. Phone cancellations will not be accepted. In the event that an order placed during business hours needs to be cancelled, the request must be made within 30 minutes of receipt of the order.  For orders placed outside of standard business hours (Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time) a cancellation request must be made prior to 9:00 a.m. the next business day.  Requests made outside of the designated time frames will not be accepted.


Most orders placed through the Steffens Enterprises Factory Store are shipped via FedEx.  Steffens Enterprsies, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any reason that any freight carrier is not able to deliver your merchandise. (ie: bad weather, broken down vehicle, etc.).  Upon receipt of your merchandise please perform the following steps:

  1. Inspect your packages immediately upon receiving them. If you suspect damage at the time of delivery make sure that it is noted with the driver.
  2. Notify Steffens Enterprises Factory Store of the issue via telephone @ (616) 656-6886.

Return of Merchandise

In the event that purchased merchandise needs to be returned, a return request must be submitted within 5 days of the receipt of product.  A 15% restocking fee will be assessed to all returns unless the product is re-ordered at the time of return request which will result in a reduction of the restocking fee to 7.5%.  The purchaser is responsible for return freight (prepaid), as well as any freight costs associated with re-ordered products.  Written authorization and packaging and shipping instructions must be received from Steffens Enterprises, Inc. prior to making returns.  Merchandise received without written authorization, or in non-saleable condition (ie. Installed, modified, or used) will not be accepted or credited.
